DETAILED INFORMATION/ INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE APPLICANT

1) The Andaman & Nicobar Islands Medical Education & Research Society (ANIMERS), Directorate of Health Services, A&N Administration, Port Blair invites applications from eligible candidates in the prescribed form for filling up of various assignments on contract basis, as per details given below: -

5 .	Audiometric Technicians	01	40,000/- pm	MASLP (Masters in Audiology Speech, Language Pathology) / MSc  Audiology from a recognized institution Desirable: work experience will be added advantage
6 .	Renal Technicians	01	30,000/-pm	12th Pass from a recognized institution, Degree/Diploma in Dialysis Technology from a recognized institution, With 2 years’ experience
7 .	Cytotechnologist	02	35,000/- pm	B.sc MLT/Diploma from a recognized institution 5 years’ experience in cytopathology Desirable –Short term course in cytopathology.
8 .	OT Technicians	04	24,500/- pm	BSc in OT Technology from a recognized institution, Desirable : 1 yr experience
9 .	OT Attendant	04	20,000/- pm	Diploma in OT Technology or equivalent, Desirable I yrs experience
10 .	Data Entry Operator	04	25,000/- pm	MCA / MSc IT from a recognized institution, Desirable Min. 1 yr experience
11 .	Office Assistant	04	16,500/- pm	MBA /MSc in Hospital Management or equivalent PG from a recognized institution Desirable Min 1 yr experience in Office work
12 .	Office Attendant	04	12,000/- pm	Graduate in any stream from a recognized institution, Desirable: Experience in Housekeeping/Office work
13 .	Safaiwalas	10	10,000/- pm	12 Pass from a recognized institution, in 2 year work experience in housekeeping

2) The application should be filled in the prescribed. Application duly filled in the prescribed format along with self-attested copies of the educational qualification certificates/Certificate of registration, local certificate, employment registration, proof of age etc to be submitted to the Officer on Special Duty, ANIMERS, DHS Annexe building (Old RBD Office), Port Blair on or before 24.11.2015 by 4:30 PM. No application shall be entertained after 24.11.2015 The Officer on Special Duty, ANIMERS will not be responsible for the postal delay.

3) The eligibility conditions (qualifications, experience and age etc) will be determined as on the last date for receipt of application i.e. 24.11.2015

4) The candidates are required to enclose only the copies of Mark sheet/certificates with the application form. They must not send original certificate with their application form.

5) Incomplete or un-signed applications are liable to be rejected/ cancelled. Application must be legible to read and understand. 

 

6) The short listed Candidates’ will be interviewed for 15 marks. The selection will be based on the marks obtained as per the scheme for educational and professional qualification and the interview marks.

7) To make the whole process thoroughly transparent, the candidate shall himself/ herself do the selfmarking of the Application Form (Annexure) as per the marking scheme given below:

(Marks obtained in Board/ University ÷ Maximum Marks) x M ax Marks as per the scheme

8) Interested candidates shall be ready to work in remote/hard areas and when directed also may have to travel to remote/ hard area as required.

9) This engagement will be purely on contract basis for a period of one year only. This does not confer any right/ privilege for regular appointment or continuity of service.

10) No TA/DA shall be applicable for appearing in the test/ interview.

11) Any dispute in regard to this recruitment will be subject to courts/ tribunals having jurisdiction over A & N Administration, Port Blair.
