The University is inviting applications for STAFF (ADMINISTRATIVE) POSITIONS and looking for Private Secretary and Assistant Finance Officer on Consolidated/Contractual.

Name of the Post: PRIVATE SECRETARY 


Educational Qualification:

(i) Graduate with any discipline from a recognized University;

(ii) Shorthand & Knowledge of Microsoft Office/ Open Office Org etc are essential

(iii) At least two years as a post qualification experience in similar position in, educational institute of national importance, or an equivalent post. 

Name of the Post: ASSISTANT FINANCE OFFICER

Educational Qualification:

(i) Full time CA/ ICWA/ M.Com/ MBA (Finance) with at least 60 % marks and having at least three years suitable experience in Accounting / Financial Management in an organization.

(ii) Knowledge of Tally or any other accounting software(s) is essential

(iii) Candidates having experience in construction project will be preferred.

Pay Scale: Consolidated/Contractual

Selection Process: Only Shortlisted candidates will be called for interview. No TA or DA will be paid to any applicant
