Eligibility Criteria for Managerial Posts

Educational Qualification :

Manager (Legal) -Holding analogous post on a regular basis- with 02 years regular service in the post in pay scale of Rs.10000-15200/- or equivalent. With 07 year regular service in the post in the pay scale of Rs.8000-13500/- or equivalent and possessing the following qualification- Graduate with 03 year regular LLB from a recognized Institute/University

Asstt. Manager(Vigilance) - Officers under the central/state government/UTs (including Central Police Organizations/State Police Organizations)- holding analogous posts on regular basis or with 05 year regular service in posts in the pre-revised pay scale of Rs.6500-10500 (now grade pay of Rs.4800/-) or equivalent. Possessing 03 years experience in dealing/investigations of vigilance and disciplinary cases

Asstt. Manager (HR) - Officers under the central/state government/UTs (including Central Police Organizations/State Police Organizations)- holding analogous posts on regular basis or with 05 years regular service in post in the scale of pay of Rs.6,500-10,500 (pre-revised) or equivalent or with 08 years regular service in posts in the scale of pay of Rs.5,500-9,000 (pre-revised) or equivalent. Possessing 03 years experience in Adm./Accounts/Estt. Matters

Asstt. Manager (Finance) – A qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India/Qualified Cost & Wor Accountant from the Institute of Cost & Works Accountants of India/MBA (Finance) from a recognized University/Istitute

Asstt. Manager (Finance) -Officers of the organized Accounts Departments serving on an analogous post or officers having 05 years experience in pre-revised pay scale of Rs. 6,500-10.500/-(present grade pay of Rs. 4,800/-) in a supervisory capacity in Accounts, Finance,audit work after qualifying SAS examination or executives/officers of the Public Sector Undertakings with CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) qualifications with 03 years experience in Accounts, Audit/Finance

Age Limit for Managerial Posts

• Manager (Legal)-Not exceeding 45 Years
• Asstt. Manager(Vigilance)- Not exceeding 56 Years
• Asstt. Manager (HR)- Not exceeding 56 Years
• Asstt. Manager (Finance) - Not exceeding 28 Years
• Asstt. Manager (Finance)- Not exceeding 56 Years
  (Age Relaxation for SC/ST/OBC/PWD/Women, as per Govt. Rules)
