Pay Scale : 

1. For Welfare Officer : Rs. 20600-3%-46500 (E-2) (Rs. 48800/- approx
2. For Mechanical Engineer : Rs.20600-3%-46500 (E-2) (Rs. 48800/- approx
3. For Safety Supervisor : Rs. 16400- 3% -40500 (E-1) (Rs. 38800/- approx
4. For Analyst (Trainee) : Rs.5000 /- 1 st year Rs.6000/- 2 nd Year
5. For Boiler cum Fitter Gr.III : Rs.6540-%-19140 (W-3) (Rs. 15500/- approx
6. For Medical Officer : Rs.35000/-
7. For Instrument Mechanic : Rs.15000/-

Educational Qualification

1. For Welfare Officer : Graduate with Degree/Diploma in Social Work/Science recognized by State Govt. 5 yrs. experience after obtaining diploma, in personnel / welfare work, out of which about 2 yrs should have been in a responsible capacity in Govt./Pvt. sector. Adequate knowledge of Marathi Language is desirable.
   
2. For Mechanical Engineer : Degree in Mechanical Engineering with 3 years experience in maintenance of Plant and Machinery in a chemical plant out of which one year should have been in a Supervisory capacity. Or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with 7 years experience in maintenance of Plant and Machinery in a chemical plant out of which one year should have been in a Supervisory capacity
   
3. For Safety Supervisor : Degree in Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering with Diploma in Industrial Safety from a Govt. recognized institute with 1 year experience in operation/ maintenance/ safety in chemical factory with thorough knowledge of statutory requirement of Safety. Or Diploma in Chemical/ Mechanical Engineering with Diploma in Industrial Safety from a Govt. recognized institute with 3 year experience in operation/ maintenance/ safety in chemical factory with thorough knowledge of statutory requirement of Safety. Or Graduate in Chemistry with Diploma in Industrial Safety from a Govt. recognized institute with 3 year experience in operation/ maintenance/ safety in chemical factory with thorough knowledge of statutory requirement of Safety.
   
4. For Analyst (Trainee) : B.Sc.(Chemistry) graduate, Preference will be given to candidates with 50% marks & above
   
5. For Boiler cum Fitter Gr.III : Matric or ITI Trade Certificate in the respective trades in both cases with one year experience.
   
6. For Medical Officer : M.B.B.S from recognized university with minimum of 3 years of experience in a Govt. Hospital or equivalent setup. Preference will be given to those who possess a certificate of Training in Industrial Health of Minimum of Three Months duration recognized by the State Govt.
   
7. For Instrument Mechanic : Matric or ITI trade certificate DCS/PLC in Instrument Mechanic Trade in both cases with 5 years experience in the trade.
   
8. For Boiler Operator : SSC with 1st Class certificate of competency as Boiler Attendant with a minimum 7 years experience of Boiler preferably oil fired .

Application Fee : Candidates have to pay Rs.500/-for post of Welfare Office and Medical Officer & Rs.300/-for post of Instrument Mechanic and Boiler Operator through Demand Draft drawn on any scheduled bank in favour of Hindustan Insecticides Limited, payable at Rasayani. SC/ST/PWD candidates are exempted from the application fee.
