Pay Scale :
- For Technician : Pay Band-1: `5,200-20,200 + `2,000/- (Grade Pay)
- For Technical Assistant : Pay Band-1: `5,200-20,200 + `2,800/- (Grade Pay)
- For Technician : Matriculation Pass or equivalent from a recognized Board
- For Technical Assistant : Bachelor’s Degree in Fisheries/Aquaculture/ Zoology/Botany
Application Fee : Rs. 200/- (Rupees Two Hundred only) (Non-refundable) in the form of Demand Draft drawn in favour of ICAR Unit, CMFRI, Cochin should be enclosed along with the application. No other means of payment will be accepted. No fee for SC/ST/woman candidates.

Selection Process : The selection will be made on the basis of written test which will be conducted on a single day at a place (s) as per the discretion of the Competent Authority.
How to Apply : The filled application form, duly signed and affixed with a recent passport size photograph along with attested copies of certificates in support of claims regarding age, educational qualifications, SC/ST/OBC/PH/Ex-Serviceman etc. should be sent to the Director, Central Marine Fisheries Research Institute (CMFRI), Post Box No.1603, Ernakulam North P.O., Cochin-682 018, Kerala/ concerned Scientist-in-Charge of the Attached Regional/Research Centres of CMFRI.
