Manager - Legal recruitment in Repco Home Finance Ltd.

Location: Chennai 

Eligibility:  

Graduation in Law - 10+2+3 format from a UGC recognized university. Graduates from Open University will not be considered. Post graduation shall be given additional weightage.  Minimum 3 years of post-qualification institutional/practicing experience (for age up to 28 years).

Key Competencies Required: 

Good communication skill – verbal and written ,Negotiation skill , Interpersonal skill and team work,Target orientation

Age : 

28 years as on 01-12-2016 (relaxation till 40 years can be considered based on commensurate, relevant prior experience) 

Pay & Perquisites: For Manager (Band II): 

CTC starting from Rs. 7.00 lakhs per annum (fixed + variable). Experienced candidate would be compensated suitably as per market norms and Management discretion. 

Probation period:

1 year. Depending on suitability, selected candidates can be considered even for Assistant Manager (Band I) scale (starting CTC 3.75 lakhs per annum (fixed + variable).

Job Description

1. To examine / assess the legal opinion given by panel advocate regarding enforceability of title / security
2. To ascertain the flow of title to ensure validity of the same
3. To handle SARFAESI cases for recovery of dues
4. To attend DRT, DRAT, Consumer Forum & High Court Cases
5. To ensure prompt and best client service

Eligible candidates are requested to come for a Walk-in -Interview with all original testimonials along with 1 set of photocopy, 2 colour passport size photos, 1 KYC document and 2 sets of duly filled in Bio-data as per enclosed format .
