HPSC Recruitment for 17 Post of Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil) and (Mechanical)

The Commission invites online applications from eligible candidates for a competitive examination for recruitment to the posts of Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil) and (Mechanical) Class-I in Public Health Engineering Department, Haryana. Category wise break- up of the posts is as under:-

Note 1 : 2% reservation will be available to Freedom fighter/ their Children/Grand Children in case of non-availability of suitable Ex-Servicemen/Dependents of ESM/Backward Class.

Closing date for the submission of applications online : 16.12.2015 

Closing date for deposit of cost of application form including Examination fees in all branches of State bank of India & State Bank of Patiala. : 19.12.2015 up to 4:00 PM. 

Closing date for receiving printed application form alongwith documents in support of the claim in Commission’s office: 04.01.2016 upto 05:00 P.M. and for the applicants from Forward Remote Areas i.e. States/Union Territories of North–East Region, Lakshadweep, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Sikkim, Ladakh Region of Jammu & Kashmir and Pangi Sub-Division of Himachal Pradesh:- 11.01.2016 upto 05.00 P.M. 

No. of posts alongwith reservation of posts are subject of any variation. If there is any variation, the candidates will be informed through announcement displayed on Commission’s website. 

Essential Qualifications (for the p ost of Assistant Executive Engineer (Civil & Mechanical) (Class-I) - Cat. No. 1 & 2 ) :- 

1. Possesses one of the degrees or other qualifications in the respective engineering discipline from a University or deemed University approved by University Grants Commission or from a technical institution approved by All India Council of Technical Education or has passed Sections-A and B of the Associate Membership Examination of the Institution of Engineers (India). 

Provided that the candidates to be appointed for Civil cadre shall be recruited with qualification in Civil or Public Health Engineering , whereas those recruited in Mechanical cadre shall be required to possess qualification in Mechanical Engineering . 

Provided further that Degree obtained through correspondence or distance education mode from Universities/Deemed Universities/Technical Institutions is valid qualification for initial recruitment only if such Degree programme of technical education conducted through correspondence or distance education mode has been approved by the Joint Committee of UGC-AICTE-DEC. 

2. Hindi / Sanskrit upto Matric Standard. 

The online application can be filled up to 16.12.2015 by using Commission’s website after which the link will be disabled. The candidates are strictly advised to apply online well in time without waiting for last date of submission of online application. No offline application form will be accepted by the office. 

Eligibility with regards qualifications and other conditions of eligibility etc. will be determined as on last date of submission of online application forms i.e. 16.12.2015 and age will be reckoned as on 01.01.2015.(For Category No. 1 & 2).
