1. Closing date for the submission of applications online : 16.12.2015
2. Closing date for deposit of cost of application form including Examination fees in all branches of State bank of India & State Bank of Patiala. : 19.12.2015 up to 4:00 PM .
3. Closing date for receiving printed application form alongwith documents in support of the claim in Commission’s office: 04.01.2016 upto 05:00 P.M. and for the applicants from Forward Remote Areas i.e. States/Union Territories of North–East Region, Lakshadweep, Andaman and Nicobar Islands, Sikkim, Ladakh Region of Jammu & Kashmir and Pangi Sub-Division of Himachal Pradesh:- 11.01.2016 upto 05.00 P.M.
4. No. of posts alongwith reservation of posts are subject of any variation. If there is any variation, the candidates will be informed through announcement displayed on Commission’s website.
Essential Qualifications (for the post of Assistant Engineer (Electrical) (Class-II) - Cat. No. 1):-
a) Degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University or one of the other qualifications in Electrical Engineering as specified in appendix B of Punjab Service of Engineers, Class-II, PWD B&R Branch Rules, 1965.
Provided that Degree obtained through correspondence or distance education mode from Universities/Deemed Universities/Technical Institutions is valid qualification for initial recruitment only if such Degree programme of technical education conducted through distance education mode has been approved by the joint Committee of UGC-AICTE-DEC as clarified by the Govt. of Haryana vide its letter No. 42/178/2008-5GSI dated 21.05.2009.
b) Hindi/Sanskrit upto Matric Standard.
Essential Qualifications (for the post of Assistant Engineer (Civil) (Class-II) - Cat. No. 2) :-
(a) Degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized University or one of the other qualifications in Civil Engineering as specified in appendix B of Punjab Service of Engineers, Class-II, PWD B&R Branch Rules, 1965.
(b) Provided that Degree obtained through correspondence or distance education mode from Universities/Deemed Universities/Technical Institutions is valid qualification for initial recruitment only if such Degree programme of technical education conducted through distance education mode has been approved by the joint Committee of UGC-AICTE-DEC as clarified by the Govt. of Haryana vide its letter No. 42/178/2008-5GSI dated 21.05.2009.

Essential Qualifications ( f or the post of District Programme Officer, Class-II Group-B – Cat. No. 3) :-
a) MA Psychology with specialization in Child Psychology/Master in Child Development/Human Development and Family Studies with atleast 55% marks from a recognized university.
b) Hindi/ Sanskrit upto Matric Standard or Higher Education.
Essential Qualifications ( f or the post o f Deputy Director (Integrated Child Development Services) Class-II Group-B – Cat. No. 4) :-
(i) MA Psychology with specialization in Child Psychology/Master in Child Development/Human Development and Family Studies with atleast 60% marks from a recognized university.
(ii) UGC Net qualified.
(iii) Hindi/ Sanskrit upto Matric Standard or Higher Education
The online application can be filled up to 16.12.2015 by using Commission’s website after which the link will be disabled. The candidates are strictly advised to apply online well in time without waiting for last date of submission of online application. No offline application form will be accepted by the office.
Eligibility with regards qualifications and other conditions of eligibility etc. (for category No. 1 & 2 ) will be determined as on last date of submission of online application forms i.e. 16.12.2015 and age will be reckoned as on 01.08.2015.
