Requirement of Chief Architect and Dy.Chief Engineer(Design) in LMRC on Contract basis.
Lucknow Metro Corporation Ltd .has been setup by Government of Uttar Pradesh as a Special Purpose Vehicle for implementation and operation of Rail Based Mass Rapid Transit System (Metro) in the capital city of Lucknow.
Application are invited from dynamic, experienced and highly motivated professionals having related work experiences for one post of Chief Architect and one post of Dy.CE (Design) each. The appointment shall be initially on contract basis for a period of 5 years. However they are likely to be confirmed on permanent basis after successful completion of 2 years probation period from the date of initial appointment depending upon their performance and the need at that stage. Pay scale, age limit, educational qualification, experience and job description are as per details mentioned below:-

Educational Qualification : B.Arch. (five year course) with Minimum 60% marks/equivalent CGPA from a Government recognised university/institute
Minimum Experience :
For employees serving in government organization/PSU in CDA pay scale:Officers should be either working or empanelled in SAG level in Grade of Rs 37,400/- 67,000/- (Grade pay Rs. 10,000/-) Or Should have 4 years service at Selection Grade of Rs 37,400/- 67,000/- (Grade pay Rs. 8700/-) Or
For Executive of Government Organisation/ PSUs in IDA pay scale: Officer should be either working or empanelled in HOD level grade Rs. 51300- 73000 Or Should have 4 years service in IDA Grade of Rs 36,600-62,000 at Executive level in any Govt. Organisation or PSU
For employees serving in Private Sector :- Executives working in reputed Private Sector with Post Qualification experience (after completion of last qualification through full time course) of 15 years experience in construction in major infrastructure works out of which minimum 5 years in Metro Rail Systems/Railways/Airports/ Ports/SEZ.
Job Description : The incumbent of the post shall be responsible for planning and architectural design related to Lucknow Metro and its allied projects.

Pay Scale : 29100-54500/-
Educational Qualification : Essential : B.E./B.Tech. in Civil Engineering, ME/M.Tech in Structural Engineering with minimum 60% marks/equival ent CGPA from a Government recognized University/Institution in both the above degrees
Minimum Experience :
For employees serving in Government organisation/PSU in CDA pay scales. The application presently working in Government Organisation/PSUs should be either working in CDA pay scale of Rs.15600- 39100 (Grade pay Rs.7600) or Executive of Government Organisation / PSUs in CDA pay scale with minimum 4 years service at Pay Scale Rs.15600-39100 (Grade pay Rs.6600). Or
For employees serving in Government organisation/PSU in IDA pay scales. Executive of Government Organisation / PSUs working in in IDA pay scale of Rs.29100-54500 Or Executive of Government organization/PSU working in IDA pay scale with 4 years service in IDA pay scale of Rs.24900-50500
For employees serving in Private Sector. Executives working in reputed Private Sector with Post Qualification experience (after completion of last qualification through full time course) of 9 years with proven track record are eligible for the said post. Work Experience Criteria for Govt. organization/PSU/Private Sector:-
(i) Essential : Minimum 05 years work experience of Structural Design of buildings, Viaducts, Flyovers etc. with Super Structure comprising on Steel Structures, I girders, Box Girders including design, pre stressed and RCC Span for Rail/Road Bridges.
(ii) Desirable : Preference shall be given to designers who have working experience in Civil Structures for elevated and underground sections of the Metro Rail Projects.
Job Description :- The incumbent of the post shall be responsible for making all Design related to works pertaining to Lucknow Metro and its allied projects.
Mode of Selection : Short listed candidates will be called for interview at Lucknow. The date of interview will be informed to the shortlisted candidates by post /fax/email. Persons employed with Government/PSU shall apply through proper channel and shall produce ‘No objection certificate’ from their employers at the time of interview. The Lucknow Metro Corporation reserves the right of the short listed candidates for interview. No correspondence in this connection shall be entertained.
