Indian Space Research Organisation [ISRO] of the Department of Space [DOS] is looking for young, dynamic and dedicated candidates for filling-up the posts of Junior Personal Assistants, Stenographers and Assistants for filling-up in various ISRO Centres / Units, across India. The Online Registration start from 21st January 2016 and close on 11th February 2016.

Age Limit : 18 to 26 years as on 11/02/2016 (31 years in case of SC/ST candidates and 29 years for OBC candidates). Ex-Servicemen; Persons with Disabilities; Widows; Divorced women and women judicially separated from their husbands and who are not remarried; Meritorious Sportspersons are eligible for age relaxation as per Govt. of India orders.
Pay and Allowances : Rs. 5,200-20,200/- with Grade Pay Rs. 2,400/-
Educational Qualifications: (as on 11/02/2016)
Junior Personal Assistants and Stenographer -
(1) Graduation Degree in Arts/ Commerce/ Management/ Science/ Computer Applications with First Class, as declared by the University. (OR)
(2) Diploma in Commercial / Secretarial Practice with First Class with one year experience as Steno-Typist / Stenographer (AND) A minimum speed of 80 w.p.m in English Stenography with Knowledge in the use of Computers.
Assistant -
(1) Graduation Degree in Arts/ Commerce/ Management/ Science/ Computer Applications with First Class, as declared by the University.
(2) Knowledge in the use of Computers.
Application Fee : Rs. 100/-. After registration of application on-line, the candidates have to download and print the personalized payment challan form, in triplicate, from the ISRO system/link which will contain the Name of the candidate, Registration Number, Receipt Account Number, Advertisement No., and Post Code. The candidates may visit the nearest branch of State Bank of India for remittance of application fee to Receipt Account (account number will be published in the website), by using the personalized payment challan of State Bank of India on any day between 21/01/2016 and 11/02/2016. All Women candidates and Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST), Ex-servicemen, and Persons with Disabilities (PWD) candidates are exempted from payment of Application Fee.
Selection Process : Written Test.The test will be conducted on 27/03/2016 [Sunday] at seven venues viz., Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Guwahati, Hyderabad, New Delhi and Thiruvananthapuram.
How to Apply : The application for on-line registration will be hosted in the ISRO website on or before 11/02/2016. The candidate has to send one part of the challan form [ISRO copy] to Administrative Officer (ICRB), ISRO Headquarters, Antariksh Bhavan, New BEL Road, Bengaluru - 560 094 by 'ORDINDARY POST ONLY' superscribing on the envelope "ICRB - RECRUITMENT OF JUNIOR PERSONAL ASSISTANT/ STENOGRAPHER/ ASSISTANT" on or before 20/02/2016. In case of any clarification, candidates may send their mail to icrb@isro.gov.in.
