1. Madhya Pradesh Paschim Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Company Limited, lndore is one of the successor companies of M.P. State Electricity Board that has been incorporated to undertake activities of distribution and retail supply of electricity in the 16 district state of M.P.

2. The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy, Government of India has directed Discom to engage two consultants for "Development various Renewable Energy Projects based on the provisions of different programmes of the Ministry, including Rooftop programmes by Discoms under lntegrated Power Development Scheme (IPDS) and other tasks."

3. Proposals are invited for engaging "

Consultant" in Madhya Pradesh Paschim Kshetra Vidyut Vitaran Co. Ltd. (MPPKVVCL), Indore on contract basis.

4. The essential requirements of the assignment i.e. Assignment specific Terms of Reference (ToR) are provided at Annexure-1. Further, terms and conditions for the contractual assignment are as follows:

Education Qualification:-

Engineering graduate preferably with Civil, Mechanical, Electrical & Electronics and RE/Energy Studies Branch with RE background or M.Sc. preferably with Physics/Renewable Energy from a recognised institute; with minimum 60% marks and necessary computer skills.

Work Experience :- Minimum 10 years' experience in handling Renewable Energy Projects.

Age Limit :- The maximum age of Consultant to be engaged, should be 40 years at the time of engagement.

Period of Engagement/Contract Period:-

Discom will engage a Consultant for one year, which can be extended for another year depending on the requirement of services, performance and further suitability of the Consultant for the assign tasks.

Entitlements:-

a) During the'period of engagement of services, Consultant consolidated fee would be a maximum of Rs. 50,000/- (lndian rupees fifty thousand only) per month on prorata basis from the date ofjoining.

b) General Terms of Reference of the contract are provided in Annexure-ll.

Selection Procedure:

a) The Eligible candidates shortlisted on the basis of the details filled in proposal form satisfying the aforementioned criteria. 

b) Disccm may include written/online test in selection procedure, depends on the number of proposals received. Further, details will be shared on company website.

c) shortlisted candidates will be called for a final interview. d) Based on the performance in interview and/or written/online test, a merit list will be declared and candidates shall be selected for engagement as Consultant as per the Company,s requirement.
