Recruitment Exercise for engagement of Management Trainees
The Nainital Bank Limited invites Application for the post of 100 Management Trainees. Apply Online before 10 May 2016.

Pay Scale : Rs. 22000/- (Per Month)
Eligibility Criteria :
Age Limit :
Candidate should be in the age group of 21 -27 years, as on 31.03.2016, i.e. candidates should not have been born earlier than 01.04.1989 and not later than 31.03.1995 Both dates inclusive.
Upper age limit is relaxable by -5- years for candidates belonging to SC/ST category only i.e. candidates should have been born not earlier than 01.04.1984 and not later than 31.03.1995 Both dates inclusive. However, there will be no fee relaxation for them.
Educational Qualification :
Candidate should have passed Graduation/ Post Graduation with minimum 55% of marks in either of Graduation/ Post Graduation examination having either of the streams of Arts/ Science/ Commerce/ Agriculture/ B. Tech/MCA/BCA and MBA, from a recognized university/ Institute to the satisfaction of the Bank. Proficiency in Computer knowledge and knowledge of Hindi & English languages are essential.
Application Fee :
Non-refundable fee of Rs. 1000.00 (Rupees one thousand only) shall be chargeable for written examination. Bank transaction charges will also be borne by the candidate.

Online Exam for Recruitment of Management Trainees will be conducted in centres at following location:
- Haldwani (Uttarkhand)
- Dehradun (Uttarakhand)
- Moradabad (Uttar Pradesh)
- Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh)
- Delhi (NCR)
Selection Process : Selection will be based on Online Test & personal interview
