2. The details of the posts along with eligibility criteria required for each of the aforesaid post are given in Annexure-I. The appointment will be made purely on deputation/short term contract basis, initially for a period of three years, which can be extended further. The maximum age-limit for appointment on deputation/short term contract basis shall not be more than 56 years as on the closing date of application. The Competition Appellate Tribunal reserves the right not to fill up any or all the above posts.
3. The pay and other terms and conditions of deputation shall be governed by the provisions of DoP&T's O.M. No.6/8/2009-Estt. (Pay II) dated 17.06.2010, as amended time to time.
4. This vacancy is also being published in the Employment News. The application in the prescribed proforma (Annexure-II), complete in all respects may be sent to the undersigned at the aforesaid address through proper channel within two months from the date of publication this vacancy circular in the Employment News.
5. The candidates who apply to this Tribunal through proper channel to any of the aforesaid post will not be allowed to withdraw their candidature subsequently.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR THE POSTS PROPOSED TO BE FILLED ON DEPUTATION/SHORT TERM CONTRACT BASIS IN THE COMPETITION APPELLATE TRIBUNAL.
Senior Principal Private Secretary - Officers holding analogous post on regular basis; or (ii) holding/held the post of PPS in the pay band of 15600-39100 with grade pay of 6600 or equivalent with 5 years' regular service. Desirable: Holding degree in law.
Principal Private Secretary- Officers under the Central Secretary plus 6600 Government (i) holding/held analogous post on regular basis; or (ii) with 5 years' regular service in the pay band of 9300-34800 grade pay of 6600 or equivalent with 5 years' regular service. Desirable: Holding degree in law.
Section Officer- Officers under the Central Secretary plus 6600 Government (i) holding/held analogous post on regular basis; or (ii) with 5 years' regular service in the pay band of 9300-34800 with grade pay of 5400 or equivalent.
Private Secretary - (i) Officers holding analogous posts on regular basis; or ( ii) with two years' regular service in the pay band of 9300-34800 with grade pay of 4600 or equivalent; or (iii) with six years' regular service in the pay band of 9300-34800 with grade pay of 4200 or equivalent.
Court Master - (i) Officers holding analogous posts on regular basis; or ( ii) with two years' regular service in the pay band of 9300-34800 with grade pay of 4600 or equivalent; or (iii) with six years' regular service in the pay band of 9300-34800 with grade pay of 4200 or equivalent.
Stenographer Grade III - Officers possessing bachelor's degree from a recognized University or equivalent 2) having speed of 120 wpm in shorthand (English)
Staff Car Driver - Officers holding analogous post on regular basis; or (ii) with six years' regular service in the pay of 5200-20200 with grade pay of 22800 or equivalent; or (iii) with ten years' of regular service in the pay band of 5200-20200 with grade pay of 22400 or equivalent.
