APPLICANTION ARE INVITED TO FILL UP THE FOLLOWING POSTS IN COMPETITION
APPELLATE TRIBUNAL PURELY ON DEPUTATION/CONTRACT BASIS AS PER THE DETAILS GIVEN
BELOW. ALL THE CONDIDATES ARE REQUIRED TO SEE THE DETAILS OF THE ADVERTISEMENT.
2. The details of the posts along with eligibility criteria required for each of the aforesaid post are given in Annexure-I (available on Tribunal's website http://www.compat.nic.in). The appointment will be made purely on deputation basis, initially for a period of three years, which can be extended further. The maximum age of the applicant should not be more than 56 years as on the closing date of application. The Competition Appellate Tribunal reserves the right not to fill up any or all the above posts. The pay and other terms and conditions of deputation shall be governed by the provisions of DoP&T's O.M. No.6/8/2009-Estt. (Pay II) dated 17.06.2010, as amended time to time.

respects may be sent to the undersigned at the above address, through proper
channel, within two months from the date of publication of this advertisement in
the Employment News. The candidates who apply to this Tribunal through proper
channel to any of the aforesaid post will not be allowed to withdraW their
candidature subsequently.
