Doug Burgum's first experience with downtown preservation and redevelopment occurred when his company, the Kilbourne Design Group, purchased the Northern School Supply building and rescued it from the wrecking ball in 2000. The 100-year old structure, originally built as a farm implement warehouse and dealership, is now an ultra-modern, green facility – aptly named Renaissance Hall.
Job description
Kilbourne Group, a catalyst of inspiration and action for vibrant downtown communities, seeks a skilled and committed Director of Human Resources.
Strategy – Culture - Process
Responsibilities - The Director of Human Resources will build upon a strong culture and be responsible for continuously improving team member satisfaction by designing and planning programs and best practices for staffing, compensation, benefits, compliance, training, health and safety.
Educational Qualification:
Exeperience - To be considered, you must possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, at least 7 years of progressive experience, and a strong understanding of both breadth and depth of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
