The post

Reporting to the Technical Manager Parts and Services, your responsibility will cover the following aspects:                                

• Develop the activities of the workshop VP                              
• Ensure the achievement of financial goals and quality set by Management   
• Oversee the monitoring and updating dashboards and indicators 
• Lead a team of about 45 people                                                                                      

Educational Qualification:

Training Bac + 2 / + 3, you have significant experience in managing a large team, serving Aftermarket.You know prepare and monitor the budget for the aftermarket. You possess organizational skills, planning and management. You control the office tools.  

Work Experience ;

Ideally you justify an experience of at least 5 years in a similar position. Knowledge of the Renault and Dacia brands would be appreciated. You also get very good technical knowledge in mechanics. Finally, you are known for your ability to manage a team and to provide optimum customer satisfaction.
