Bharat Electronics Limited, a Navaratna Company in the field of professional electronics, has a requirement of the following personnel for its Military Radars SBU, Bengaluru Unit on a Fixed tenure basis for a period of 5 years:

Age Limit: 50
Educational Qualification:
Diploma (Electronics) : 06
Diploma (Mechanical) : 03
Grade Pay Scale : E-I/ Rs. 12600-3%-32500
Reservation for SC/ST/OBC candidates will be as per Government guidelines. Age relaxation shall be extended by 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates. The posts indicated above may vary depending on the actual requirement at the time of selection. Candidates who are not discharged from the Defence Services as on the date of the walk-in-selections need not apply. Candidates should be willing to work at the Bangalore Unit and the Kolar test facility and also travel to various locations on a regular basis.
Candidates who are meeting the following eligibility criteria may apply for the posts:
1. Candidates should have 15 years of post qualification experience in the Indian Army / Air Force/ Navy.
2. Should be in the rank of Junior Commissioned Officer or equivalent in the Defence Forces.
3. Candidates with work experience in areas of Assembly, Integration, Testing, Documentation and Inspection will be preferred.
Date of Selection Process: Candidates who are meeting the eligibility criteria may walk-in for the selections on 20th of November 2015 at 8.30 a.m. at Centre for Learning & Development, Bharat Electronics Limited, Jalahalli PO, Bangalore-560013. Candidates who are attending the selections may send a confirmation e-mail to hrmr@bel.co.in.
Selection Process: The selections will consist of a written test followed by interviews for candidates shortlisted in the written test.
Job Description : Candidates who have experience in the following areas of work will be preferred:
Electronics & Communication : Participation in Quality Assurance activities, testing and acceptance of Radar Systems and sub units, Support for testing system modules using ATE and outward inspection, generation of production documentation.
Mechanical : Participation in Quality Assurance activities, Assembly, integration of sub systems of Radar and deployment at test site, generation of documents.
Note : Candidates may be debarred at any stage of the selection process, if it is found that they do not fulfill the prescribed eligibility criteria. Mere shortlisting / attendance in the written test / interview does not entitle the candidates to any claim for the post. Canvassing in any form at any stage will result in disqualification.
