WALK­IN­INTERVIEW FOR RECRUITMENT OF DENTAL SURGEON & 
PART TIME SPECIALIST ON CONTRACT BASIS

The Medical Superintendent, ESIC Model Hospital, Bari­ Brahmana, Jammu invites applications in the prescribed proforma for the engagement of Dental Surgeon and Part Time Specialist on contract basis for ESIC Model Hospital, Bari­Brahmana, Jammu and MDDC, ESIC, Kathua, for a period of one year or till the joining of the regular Specialist/Surgeon which ever is earlier, as detailed below:­

Part­ Time Specialist :­

Qualification & Experience : 

PG Degree or equivalent from recognized University with three (03) years of experience in respective specialty OR PG Diploma from recognized University with five (05) years of experience in respective Specialty

Age limit : Not exceeding 64 years as on 20.11.2015

Qualification & Experience : 

BDS from recognized University. Desirable:­ PG Degree from recognized University.

Age limit : Not exceeding 35 years as on 20.11.2015

DUTIES AND REMUNERATION

Part ­Time Specialist:­

Three days per week(Two session each day) (Each session for two hours)	Rs.2000/­	Rs.6000/­

Dental Surgeon­ - Basic Pay Rs.15600/­ + Rs.5400/­ and other allowances as per rules.

DETAILS OF WALK­IN­INTERVIEW

Interested candidates are advised to attend the Walk­ In­ Interview on 20.11.2015 from 10:00AM to 1:00PM at ESIC Model Hospital Bari ­Brahmana, Jammu with the application in the prescribed proforma (Annexure – I) along with original documents, one set of xerox copies of all original documents and two recent passport size photographs (one affixed on the application). 

DETAILS OF APPLICATION FEE

Application Fee by Demand Draft of any Nationalized Bank for Rs. 250/­ drawn in favour of 'ESI Fund A/c No . 1 ' payable at SBI, Jammu. No Application fee in case of SC/ST/PWD and female candidates. The candidates working in Govt. Service should produce NOC from their department at the time of interview.”

MEDICAL SUPERINTENDENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL RECRUITMENT, INCREASE/DECREASE VACANCIES AS PER ACTUAL REQUIREMENT ON THE DATE OF INTERVIEW

Note : 

1. No TA/DA will be paid for interview.

2. The ESI Corporation may increase or cancel filling up of any post without any notice.

3. Selected candidates will have to sign agreement as per ESIC norms.
