National Housing Bank is an apex Financial Institution in the country for housing, set up under an Act of Parliament and is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Reserve Bank of India. The Bank is the regulator and supervisor for Housing Finance Companies as also a significant provider of development finance. The Bank seeks to catalyze institutional funds to reduce housing shortage in the country through various development initiatives particularly rural housing and housing for economically weaker sections in urban areas. The Bank is mandated for the holistic development of the housing finance market in the country.

Educational Qualification |
Graduate/Post graduate with a degree in finance/any
other discipline from a recognized Institute/University.

Experience |
Minimum of 15 years, out of which :
Minimum 8 years of experience in treasury operations in Banks/Financial Institutions/public or private sector companies of repute. The candidate must have hands on experience as front office dealer in money market operations and should be proficient with NDS, CBLO, Bill Market etc. Exposure to Swaps would be an advantage. S/He should be able to operate independently in a computerized environment. Exposure to Back and middle office functions, forex, equity, derivative markets will be given additional weightage. Candidate should have exposure to basic banking operations and finance. |

Educational Qualification |
A Master degree in Physics/Mathematics/ Statistics/
Commerce/Other science subjects/CA/ICWA with a diploma in Computer
Science or Management from an institute/University of repute or a First
Class in BE/B.Tech/Full Time Degree in Computer
Science/Electronics/Electronics & Communications/ Information
Technology/Other Subjects or MCA. Qualification like CISA, CISM, will be
considered as added qualification.

Minimum 8 years of experience in Computer related operational activities in a reputed Bank/FI/ IT organization/ public or private sector companies of repute. Call Centre/BPO related experience will not be considered. The applicant/candidate should have software project management (development & implementation) capabilities and high level proficiency in any two or more of the following areas: • Different Operating Systems • SAP Applications • System Audit & Cyber Security Management • Networking & Communication • RDBMS (MS-SQL Server & ORACLE) |

Educational Qualification |
A Post Graduate degree in Economics with minimum 50%
marks or equivalent from a recognized institute/university. Weightage
may be given to candidates with M. Phil / PhD/other degree and
equivalent qualifications.

Minimum of 15 years, out of which :
a) Minimum 08 years of experience in Bank/financial
institution/Research Institute/ Private/ Public Sector Institution of
repute in areas related to economic research work out of which minimum 4
years in Commercial Bank/FIs/RBI. S/he should be able to operate
independently in a computerized environment.
S/he should be capable of undertaking without supervision (1) quantitative research & analysis of micro & macroeconomic indicators, international trends; (2) econometric models and forecasting techniques; S/he must have demonstrated track record of publications / reports and be well networked professionally. S/he will be required to work to short deadlines. Experience in collection and analysis of large quantities of data would be an advantage. |

The candidate should have minimum 08 years of
experience in the area of credit appraisals/loan appraisal having
substantial exposure in the area of housing finance towards project
finance/direct finance. The candidate should have served in Credit
Department of Banks/FIs/Other organizations/ public or private sector
companies of repute of repute.

Minimum 08 years of experience in the area of Banking
Regulation and Supervision and/or Non-banking Regulation and
Supervision. The candidate should have substantial exposure in the
regulation/supervision portfolio of Banks/FIs/Regulatory bodies
including RBI.

Post (07) | Deputy General Manager (LAW) |
Educational Qualification |
Graduate with a degree in Law or a Law Graduate who
has passed 5 years integrated law course from a recognized university in
India.

Experience |
Minimum of 15 years, out of which :
a). Minimum of 2 to 5 years’ experience as an
advocate in any court in India independent or as an a member of a firm
of Solici tors in India (after enrolment as an advocate with the Bar
Council).
AND b). Minimum 10-12 years as a Law Officer in any commercial Bank/Financial Institution in public/private sector out of which S/he should have served 4 years as a Chief Manager (Law) or 2 years as Assistant General Manager (Law) or equivalent. |
5. Selection Procedure:
a. Selection will be based on Short listing and Personal Interview.
Interview: Adequate number of candidates as decided by the Bank will be called for Interview. The qualifying marks in Interview will be as decided by the Bank.
Merit List: Merit list for selection will be prepared in descending order on the basis of scores obtained in interview only. In case more than one candidate score the cut off marks [common mark at cut off point], such candidates will be ranked according to their age in descending order, both in the select list as well as in the wait list.
